What treatment is right for me?

Each client is given a consultation prior to their treatment to decide what is the most appropriate treatment for them.

How often should I have a sport massage?

Regular massage is preventative and will assist in injury prevention and general well being. I practice what I preach and have regular treatments every 4-6 weeks.

Is a sports massage just for sporty people or people who work out?

No, it can benefit anyone from professional sports people to couch potatoes. I use a combination of techniques to suit individual needs and requirements.

I work 09:00 – 18:00, does your practice offer later appointments?

I try to be as flexible as possible and can do later. Should you have an eratic or unusual work pattern then drop me a line and I’m sure I can work something out for you!

Does a sports massage hurt?

Sometimes it can be uncomfortable, but necessary to be beneficial. The client is always in control and can stop at any stage. I’ve had no complaints so far and should it be a concern then please get in touch to discuss or see my testimonials page.

What shall I wear for my treatments?

I always say as little as you feel comfortable with. I use towels to cover all areas except the area being worked on.

I’m not sure if I really need a massage, would you be able to offer some advice?

I’m always happy to offer advice or refer to other specialist where I see fit. Just give me a call I’m happy to help!
